摘　　要：伴随金融体制的改革,我国金融犯罪的客观情况发生变化,金融犯罪的数量与危害性日益突出。为了打击与预防金融犯罪,我国金融刑事立法经历了从无到有、从简单到细致的过程,但仍存在不少缺陷。特别突出的是其立法前瞻性不足,稳定性较差,与其他金融法规协调性不够好,从而影响预防与打击金融犯罪。因此,必须对金融刑法的立法模式进行修正,从而完善我国的刑事立法。Accompany with the reformation of our financial system, the situation about financial crimes changes, and quantities and perniciousness of financial crime cases increase. The legislation in our country started from scratch and experienced from simple to meticulousness. Therefore the financial criminal law system was set up. However, it has some flaws. The Laws come with little foresight, so lack in stability and coordination with other laws, thus harming the prevention of financial criminal. For this reason, we should revise financial crime legislation system.
