健康教育对精神分裂症复发干预的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨康复期精神分裂症患者及家属接受健康教育对其抗复发治疗的效果。方法对精神分裂症住院治疗临床痊愈的102例患者随机分为教育组(52例)和对照组(50例),对教育组患者及家属在患者住院康复期和出院后的1a中有计划地进行健康教育;对照组仅采用一般性随访,不做专门健康指导;经1a的随访观察,分别对两组的治疗依从性、阴性和阳性症状评定量表(PANSS)总分和复发率进行比较。结果教育组出院后1a随访治疗依从性各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);教育组PANSS量表总分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);教育组和对照组1a复发率分别为11.5%(6/25)和32.0(16/50),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症康复期患者及家属实施健康教育可提高患者治疗依从性,减少疾病的复发率。[ Objective ] To explore the therapeutic effect of health education for the patients and their families on schizophrenia relapse interference. [ Methods] 102 cases of clinically recovering schizophrenia patients were divided into two groups, namely the education group （52 cases） and the control group （50 cases） ; planned health education was carried out among the patients and their families in the education group during their residential rehabilitation period and within one year after being discharged from hospital, while the control group received only follow - up visit with no health education. Comparison was made between the two groups on the therapeutic dependence, the total score of the PANSS and the recurrence rate. [ Results ] The one - year post - discharge follow - up showed that all the therapeutic dependence indexes of the education group were significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; PANSS total score of the education group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the recurrence rates of the two groups were 11.5% （6/52 ） and 32.0% （ 16/50 ） respectively, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Health education among the recovering schizophrenia patients and their families can improve the patients＇therapeutic dependence and reduce the recurrence rate.
