棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂触角感器的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂雌雄蜂触角上感器的扫描电镜观察结果显示,共发现毛形感器、板形感器、钟形感器、锥形感器、Bohm氏鬃毛和刺形感器6类感器,分别对这6类感器的类型与形态进行了详细描述,并对各种感器的功能进行了深入的分析和讨论。The antennal sensilla of the parasitoid, Campoletis chlorideae, were observed with scanning electron microscopy. Six distinct types of sense receptor were found, including sensilla trichodae, sensilla placodea, sensilla campaniformia, sensilla basiconica, Bohm＇s bristles, and sensilla chaetica. There were two forms of sensilla trichodea and four forms of sensilla basiconica on the flagellum of antennae. Sensilla trichodae ranked the highest in quantity, followed by sensilla placodea and sensilla basiconica. Number of sensilla basiconica on the ventral of sensilla basiconica Ⅰ on flagellum of male of flagellum was much more than that on the dorsal. Number antenna was much more than that of female antenna. Sensilla basiconica Ⅲ was found only on female flagellum, while sensilla basiconica Ⅳ distributed only on male flagellum. Sensilla placodea was found on flagellum of both female and male antennae. Bohm＇ s bristles appeared only on intersegmental membrane between head and scape. There was one sensilla campaniformia on lateral side of each flagellum from the second to twenty-sixth. Functions of those antennal sensory sensilla were analyzed and discussed.
