摘  要:目的评价临床路径对产科护理临床护理教学效果的影响。方法将2004年5月至2006年3月在我院实习的120名护生随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各组60人;对照组采用传统教学法;实验组采用临床路径教学法,两周实习结束后,对两组护生理论、操作、实践考核成绩、学生对老师的满意度进行评价。结果两组护生考核成绩有显著差异,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学法能显著提高产科护理临床教学效果。Objective To investigate the influence of clinical pathway on clinical teaching of obstetric nursing. Methods 120 student nurses were randomly assigned to two groups: observation group ( n = 60) and control group ( n = 60). Theory, operation and practice ability as well as satisfactory degree of the students were compared between the two groups after two week's pratice. Results There was significant difference in theory, operation and practice ability as well as satisfactory degree of the students between the two groups ( P 〈0.05 ) in favour of observation group. Conclusion The pedagogy of clinical pathway can significantly improve clinical teaching effect of obstetric nursing.
