由图书馆焦虑引发的对图书馆读者工作的几点思考

摘　　要：图书馆焦虑是指读者在利用图书馆时的不安、恐惧、压迫、无助、迷惑、逃避、紧张甚至害怕等综合的复杂情绪。本文就针对国外有关图书馆焦虑的研究结果提出一些改进图书馆读者工作的思考。Library anxiety refers to persons＇ such confused feelings as anxiety, fear, pressure, helplessness, puzzle, shirking, nervousness and even scare when they consult the library. This article has some reflections about the improvement of the library work with readers in the light of the fruit of foreigners＇ studies on library anxiety.
