摘 要:试验采用最终发芽率分别为90%(当年收获)、83%(贮藏1年)、74%(贮藏2年)、15%(贮藏3年)的结缕草(Zoysia japonica)种子为材料,以蛭石作为固体引发基质,研究水势和时间对种子最终发芽率、50%发芽时间和平均发芽时间的影响。结果表明,蛭石引发处理对当年收获和贮藏1年的结缕草种子的最终发芽率没有影响,但显著提高了贮藏2年和3年种子的最终发芽率,分别比对照提高了9%和12%;随着引发处理水势的增加和处理时间的延长,4份不同贮藏年限的种子50%发芽时间和平均发芽时间均有不同程度的缩短,分别比对照缩短1.8~3.0 d和2.1~8.2 d。与PEG溶液引发相比,蛭石固体引发最佳处理的水势更高,为-0.4^-0.1MPa;处理时间更长,为3~4 d。Matriconditioning can improve the viability of seed. Vermiculite is a good matriconditioning agent. The effects of matriconditioning factors, including water potential and priming duration, elicited by vermiculite materials on the final germination percentage and germination speed of four Zoysia grass (Zoysia japonica Steud. ) seed samples: Fresh seed with 90% germination, seed of one-year storage with 83% germination, that of two-year storage, 74%, and of three-year storage, 15%, were investigated. The results indicate that, compared with the control, seeds with germination percentage of 90% and 83% did not enhance its final germination percentage after matriconditioning treatments; while seeds with germination percentage of 74% and 15% rose by 9% and 12%, respectively (P〈0. 05), in the final germination percentage. As osmotic potentials increased and treatment duration extended, the time length of the final germination and the mean germination time of the four seed samples shortened by 50% in general, which compared with the control, were 1.8~3.0 d for the first two samples, and 2.1~8.2 d for the other two samples, respectively. For the tested zoysiagrass seeds, the optimum matriconditioning priming osmotic potential ranged from -0. 4 to -0. 1 MPa, and the priming duration ranged from 3 days to 4 days. Compared with the optimum PEG osmotic priming conditions, the water potential increased and the time duration extended for matriconditioning with vermiculite materials.
