摘　　要：目的探讨微波治疗结合放疗治疗周围型肺癌的疗效及两种方法的应用时机。方法选取37例周围型肺癌患者行放疗,其间行CT导向下经皮肺穿刺微波治疗。在治疗结束后进行疗效评价。结果37例患者共行经皮瘤内顺铂碘化油乳剂注射63次,无一例出现严重并发症。有效率、1年、2年、3年生存率均明显高于单纯行放疗者。结论微波治疗与放疗结合的方法治疗中晚期周围型肺癌并发症少,疗效好。Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of mictowave coagulation therapy combined with radiotherapy to peripheral lung carcinoma. Methods 37 patients with peripheral lung carcinoma were treated with radiotherapy. During the treatment period, the percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy guided by CT was done. After the treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results All 37 patients received percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy 63 times. There was no serious complication appeared. Effective rate, survival rate of 1,2,3 years were superior to that of radiotherapy only. Conclusion Microwave coagulation therapy combined with radiotherapy to peripheral lung carcinoma is a safe and effective treatment.
