摘  要:目的从病理学探讨枸杞明目液对视网膜光损伤的保护作用。方法1500 W氙灯光源下作12:12h的明暗循环光照射制作SD雌性大鼠视网膜光损伤模型,分为正常对照组、单纯模型对照组、高、中、低剂量实验组、维生素E对照组,光、电镜观察各组视网膜病理改变情况。结果1500 W氙灯光照导致细胞绒毛肿胀、断裂,线粒体肿胀,感光细胞及细胞核破坏,高、中、低剂量实验组和维生素E组病理损害均有不同程度改善,以高剂量实验组改善最明显。结论枸杞明目液对视网膜光损伤有较好的防治作用。Objective: To probe into the protective effect of Gou Qi Ming Mu liquid on retinal phototoxis from the pathological angle. Methods SD female rats retinal phototoxis model was made by 12: 12h light- dark circulatory illumination under 1500w xenon lamp. The rats were divided into normal control group, pure model control group, high, middle and low dose experimental groups, and vitamin E control group. The pathological changes of each group's retinas were observed under optical and electron microscopes. Results 1500w xenon lamp illumination led to the swelling and rupture of cell villi, the swelling of mitochondria, and the destruction of photosensory cells and nucleus. The pathological lesions of high, middle and low dose experimental groups and the vitamin E group all improved with different extent, and the improvement is most obvious in the high dose experimental group. Conclusion Gou qi Ming Mu liquid has a favorable preventive effect for retinal phototoxis.
