超声洁治术后抛光处理的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察超声洁牙后橡皮杯抛光对菌斑指数和出血指数的影响。方法:选择30例牙周病无牙缺失病人进行超声洁治,洁治后随机对同一病例左侧或右侧牙齿进行橡皮杯抛光观察菌斑指数和出血指数的变化,并评价超声洁治后橡皮杯抛光效果。结果:牙周病病人洁牙后橡皮杯抛光处理可以即刻明显减少菌斑指数或使菌斑完全消失,3个月时效果明显,持续6个月时出现反弹;而出血指数在治疗后逐步降低,持续至6个月时下降明显。结论:橡皮杯抛光洁牙能有效去除色素,提高牙面的清洁度、光滑度,不利于菌斑、色素的再附着。AIM： To evaluate the effects of tubber -cup polishing on plaque index and bleeding index after ultrasonic polishing. METHODS： Thirty dentate patients with periodontal diseases were randomly selected for ultrasonic scaling. After scaling, unilateral teeth were randomly assigned for rubber - cup polishing. Plaque index and bleeding index were used to evaluate the effects of rubber - cup polishing. RESULTS ： Rubber - cup polishing significantly reduced plaque index 3 months after scaling. In both polishing and control groups, bleeding index decreased after scaling. And the bleeding index in the polishing group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the 6th month. COCLUSION： Rubber - cup polishing can effectively remove tooth stain, increase the smoothness of tooth, hence enhance the effects of ultrosonic scaling.
