摘　　要：在泵送高浓度粘稠物料的浓料泵送系统中,由于所泵送的介质浓度高,粘度大,使得各种结构形式的浓料泵都有泵吸难的普遍问题,从而极大的限制了泵送效率。本文介绍了一种适用于高浓度粘稠物料泵送系统中给浓料泵提供带有一定压力和足够供给量的预压螺旋给料装置,详细阐述了其主要结构、工作原理及主要特点。When pump the high concentrated viscose and dense materials, for the materials have high consistence, high viscosity, it is difficult to pump no matter using what kind of pumps, so the pump efficiency is largely limited. This paper introduces a sort of screw feeder for pumping high concentrated viscose and dense materials, which can provide pressure and enough materials, also narrates the main principle and technology features especially.
