摘 要:在对传统双极型晶体管带隙电压基准源电路的分析和总结基础上,提出了一种对双极型带隙参考电压源进行曲率校正的实用电路结构,这种电路结构通过在适当温度下引入具有正温度系数的因子来遏制温度系数持续下降的趋势,使电路在工作区域可取得很好的曲率校正效果。仿真结果表明,本电路结构实现了在整个工作温度范围内(-40℃~120℃)电压的变化只有0.001V。With the development of integrated circuits, a bandgap reference is needed to provide a much more stable reference voltage that has a fairly low temperature coefficient over the whole work temperature range. A practical piecewise-linear curvature-corrected bipolar bandgap reference is presented based on a brief discussion on the principle and merits of the conditional Brokaw bandgap reference circuit. The presented circuit can suppress the descendant trend of the temperature coefficient by introducing a factor with the positive temperature coefficient at the proper temperature. This bandgap reference is simulated using 0.8μm BCD process. The simulation results of the proposed reference have verified that the temperature coefficient of the output reference voltage is as low as 6.25 ppm/℃. The improvement on tem- perature coefficient is about 4 times reduction compared to the conventional approach.
