摘　　要：本文列举了现代经济学中与数学应用有关的一些基本“数学困惑”,对导致“困惑”的根源以及为解惑而涉及的一些主要问题进行了剖析,指出,对日趋数学化的现代经济学的本质和作用、数学的特点缺乏正确认识,是导致经济学中“数学困惑”的根源。同时,本文还对如何理解数学在经济学中的精确性、定量与定性方法以及数学与统计学的关系等问题中存在的“困惑”、现代经济学在发展过程中产生的“困惑”,进行了解析和回答。This article cites several basic＂mathematic puzzles＂ related to mathematic application in modern economics. We analyze the root of the ＂puzzles＂ and some major problems concerning the solutions. We find that the root of ＂mathematic puzzles＂ in economics could be attributed to incorrect understanding of the essentials and roles of modern economics and the features of mathematics. Meanwhile, this article also gives answers to several questions, such as how to understand the accuracy, quantitative and qualitative methods of mathematics in economics, how to solve the ＂puzzles＂ of the relationship between mathematics and statistics, how to solve the ＂puzzles＂ emerging in the development process of modern economics.
