摘 要:利用14C方法分别测定了20,25,30,33℃下不同体长蒙古裸腹氵蚤的滤水率、摄食率和日粮。试验结果表明:随温度升高,该氵蚤的滤水率、摄食率和日粮均增加,但在25℃以上,升温对氵蚤摄食影响的幅度趋小;各温度下体长对氵蚤的滤水率、摄食率和日粮都有显著影响,体长增加,氵蚤的滤水率和摄食率升高,而日粮降低,氵蚤体长与其滤水率均呈显著相关;20~33℃下,幼氵蚤的日粮为67.74%~102.04%,成氵蚤的日粮为60.00%~109.88%。With 14 C method, the filtering rates, the feeding rates, and the daily forages of various size of M. mongolica Daddy, a saline species of cladoccran, were studied at different temperature ranged from 20 ̄33℃ in laboratory. From 20℃ to 30℃, the filtering rates, the feeding rates and daily forage of the Moina all increased with temperature, but above 30℃, no significant effect of temperature on feeding activity were found. The body length, which closely positively correlated with the filtering rate was one of important factors affecting the feeding intensity of this Moina . At 20, 25, 30 and 33℃, the daily forages fluctuated between 67.74% ̄102.04% in jnvenile stage, and 60.00%-109.88% in adult stage, respectively. We concluded that 25 ̄30℃, may be most suitful temperature range for M. mongolica to collect food actively.
