摘 要:基于虚拟样机技术,利用三维CAD软件Pro/E和ADAMS软件建立了液压式输弹机的机液一体化虚拟样机。通过静态和动态校核对所建虚拟样机进行了VV&A,验证了所建输弹机虚拟样机的可信度;将其作为故障仿真平台,分析了引起输弹故障的三种影响因素:油泵转速、蓄能器充气压力和系统调定压力,建立了相应的故障模型并进行了故障仿真;明确了造成输弹机输弹故障的主要原因是蓄能器充气压力与系统调定压力不足,为输弹机的勤务维修提供了理论依据。Based on virtual prototyping technology, a virtual prototype of hydraulic ramming device was established by use of 3D CAD Pro/E and ADAMS software. Through static and dynamic verification, VV&A of the ramming device virtual prototype was carried out and its credence was proved. Using it as fault simulation base, three influencing factors of ramming failure: rotational speed of pump, charged pressure of accumulator and setted pressure of system were analysed and their corresponding fault model was established and fault simulation was carried out. It is indicated that the deficiency in charged pressure of accumulator and setted pressure of system are the prime reasons of feeding failure. A theoretical rule for service and maintenance of ramming device was provied.
