摘 要:在动态需求环境下,考察一供应链的零售商的库存补充渠道来自于其它多供应链的零售商,将跨链间库存合作与时变鲁棒控制系统相结合,建立了多级集群式供应链跨链间库存合作下的库存模型和牛鞭效应量化方法,用鲁棒控制理论来寻求“最差”需求下的最优订货。通过对比仿真实验表明,实施H_∞控制和跨链间紧急库存补充策略可以有效减小库存以及生产(或订货)波动,达到抑制牛鞭效应的目的,同时可以大大减小订货间隔期,并提高市场响应能力和客户服务水平。The problem is concerned with that the retailer in one supply chain is replenished by the retailers in other multiple supply chains under the environment of dynamic demand. By integrating across-chain inventory cooperation with time-varying robust control system, the model and quantizing method of Bullwhip effect under the across-chain inventory cooperation in multi-echelon cluster supply chains were established. And the optimal orders in the "bad" demand were explored by robust control theory. Through comparative simulating experiment, it is proved that the stock and production (or order) fluctuations may be efficiently weakened by implementing H∞ control and the policy of across-chain emergency inventory transshipments, and the effect of Bullwhip is attenuated as well as the order interval time being shortened, the response capability to market and the customer service level being improved.
