摘　　要：目的探讨青光眼阀联合全视网膜光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法回顾性分析了36例36眼新生血管性青光眼患者(20例采用青光眼阀联合全视网膜光凝,16例采用单纯全视网膜光凝)治疗前后的视力、眼压、虹膜表面新生血管及术中、术后并发症。结果采用青光眼阀植入联合视网膜光凝术组术后视力提高率、眼压控制率均高于单纯全视网膜光凝组。且其术后发生前房出血、引流管阻塞明显低于后者。结论采用全视网膜光凝联合青光眼阀植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼,既增加了房水外流,又改善了视网膜缺血、缺氧,使新生血管退化,减少了术后并发症的发生。为新生血管性青光眼治疗的一种较好方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of glaucoma valve combined with retinal photocoagulation in treatment of neovascular glaucoma. Methods Thirty-six patients with neovascular glaucoma were involved. In them, twenty cases were underwent the implantation of glaucoma valve combined with retinal photocoagulation, sixteen cases were underwent retinal photocoagulation. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complications were observed. Results The increase of visual acuity, control of IOP in cases treated with glaucoma valve com- bined with retinal photocoagulation was better than that in cases treated with simple retinal photocoagulation. The complications such as hyphema, tube occlusion were obviously lower in the former. Conclusion Glaucoma valve combined with retinal photocoagulation in treatment of neovaseular glaucoma can not only increase the outflow of aqueous humor but reduce retinal isehemia and anoxia. The approach can reach an ideal effect.
