摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈和问卷调查等方法,对安徽省普通高校大学生参与体育课自主选项的特征进行研究。结果表明:安徽大学生体育课自主选项体现了目标取向的多元性;兴趣爱好决定着项目的取舍;“健康第一”是普遍的体育学习诉求;对“终身体育”理念有较强的价值认同感;趋同于团队精神与合作意识的培养;注重培养自身良好的个性能力。The article researched the characteristics of autonomous choice in physical education at colleges and universities in Anhui through the literature material, interviews and questionnaires, and other methods. The results showed ：physical education autonomous choice in Anhui universities reflects the objectives of diversity; interest decides the project. ＂Health First＂ is the universal aspirations to sport; having a strong identity to the idea of ＂life - long sports＂ ; convergence in the sense of cultivating to the team spirit and cooperation; focusing on cultivating their own good personality.
