摘　　要：机构知识库的建设政策,是指机构对其成员研究成果进行收集、保存、维护和提供使用所制定的工作方向和原则,包括:合作团队的组成与分工;资料收集范围与提交政策;数字化政策;长期保存政策;法律政策,等等。要做好机构知识库建设的政策工作,要从建库之初就着手,要学习国外大学的经验,要与学术评价相结合,纳入评价体系之中,以推动机构库建设。参考文献10。Policies for the development of institutional repositories are those for the collection, preservation, maintenance and services of research achievements of an institution. They include the composition and work division of work teams, policies for information collection and submission, policies for digitization, policies for long-term preservation, legal policies, etc. In this paper, the author proposes to put sufficient emphasis on the drafting of the policies, to learn from the experiences of foreign countries and to incorporate the policies into the academic evaluation system.
