摘  要:甘蓝型油菜小孢子胚转到固体培养基上可直接发芽成苗或继代1~2次后成苗。直接成苗率与基因型、培养基成分和培养温度有关,与胚状体放置方式无关。(保604×Topas)F_2较DH保604直接成苗率高;1/2MS+0.1mg/L 6-BA较B_5+0.1mg/LGA_3利于胚状体直接发芽。胚状体转到固体培养基上经10℃低温培养5天或10天可提高直接成苗率,且10天效果更好。The microspore embryoids which were transfered to solid medium in Brassica napus could form the plantlets directly or form the green tissues and then developed into plantlets by subculture for 1-2 times. The rate of plantlet formed directly was related to the genotype, medium and temperature, and wasn't related to the style of embryoids put in medium. The plantlet frequency of(Bao 604×Topas)F2 was higher than that of DH line Bao 604. Medium with 1/2 MS+0. 1 mg/L 6-BA was preferable to B5 + 0. 1 mg/L GA3 for the embryoid germination. After the embryoids were tranfered to the solid medium, it was beneficial to the plantlet formation that embryoids were cultured at 10°C for 10 days.
