亚砷酸注射液三叉神经周围支封闭后对兔全身及局部组织的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察亚砷酸注射液(arsenic trioxide,三氧化二砷)神经干封闭后对兔神经有无破坏及全身和局部组织有无不良反应。方法:将不同浓度的亚砷酸注射液0.5ml注入颏孔。从大体观察、血细胞测定和病理形态学3个方面分不同时期对兔全身及局部组织的病理生理改变予以观察。结果:在适当浓度的亚砷酸作用下,颏神经被破坏,神经纤维坏死。而兔全身未见不良反应。局部注射区软组织及颏孔周围骨质未见坏死。结论:适当浓度的亚砷酸可引起神经轴突的损害,且对全身及周围软硬组织无毒性破坏作用。Objective：To observe the effect of arsenic trioxide to the whole body and local structure following injection into the foramen mentale of rabbits. Methods：0.5 ml arsenic trioxide with different concentrations of 0.1%, 0.05%, 0.025%, and 0.0125%, were injected into foramen mentale.The changes of body appearance, count of white blood cells and pathologic feature were observed. Results：With suitable arsenic trioxide concentration, mentale nerve was permanently damaged, and no side effect on the whole body. Structures around the nerve was not seen damaged. Conclusion：Suitable arsenic trioxide concentration can damage nerve axons permanently, and can not bring side effect to the structure around the nerve and whole body.
