摘 要:开发了一种以定向刨花板为基材、覆贴单板和浸渍纸的新型建筑模板,探索单板厚度(0.8、1.7mm)、单板树种(马尾松、意杨)和单板贴面方向(平行、垂直)等工艺因子对板性的影响。结果表明,单板和浸渍纸增强了复合模板抗静态弯载的能力,并赋予材料较高的尺寸稳定性,产品的性能达到或超过了《混凝土模板用胶合板》(GB/T17656—1999)国家标准的要求。A new cement formwork was developed by overlaying veneer and PF/UF resin impregnated paper on oriented strandboard (OSB). Influences of processing factors, i. e., veneer thickness (1.7mm vs. 0. 8mm), veneer species (Masson pine vs. Poplar), and veneer overlaying direction (parallel vs. perpendicular),on properties of cement formwork were investigated. Generally,higher mechani- cal strength and modulus of the formwork were demonstrated and thickness swelling of the formwork was efficiently controlled. The newly-developed OSB-based formwork achieved statisfactory mechanical and physical performances comparable to standard GB/T17656--1999 for plywood cement formwork.
