摘　　要：目的:采用瓷边缘设计与制作金-瓷修复体的基牙,以提高金-瓷修复体的美观性及生物相容性。方法:在常规金-瓷修复体制作的基础上,对全瓷边缘金-瓷修复体肩台处进行多次、准确的肩台瓷堆塑与烧结,并进行低温肩台瓷修补。结果:全瓷边缘能够保证冠边缘色泽以及与牙龈组织的全瓷接触,改善患者的牙齿及容貌美观。结论:全瓷边缘金-瓷修复体兼顾了金-瓷修复体和全瓷修复体的优点,保证边缘适合性及修复体成功率,有利于提高修复体的美观性和组织相容性。AIM： To improve the aesthetics and biocompatibility of metal-ceramic restoration by using the abutment tooth of metal-ceramic restoration fabricated with ceramic margin. METHODS： Based on the regular manufacture of metal-ceramic restoration, multiple and accurate porcelain heap and sintering were carried out in the shoulder of all ceramic margin of metal-ceramic restoration, followed by porcelain restoration at low temperature. RESULTS： All-ceramic margin could ensure the marginal precise and the contact with gum tissue and improve the aesthetics of tooth and appearance of patients. CONCLUSION： The metal-ceramic restoration with all-ceramic margin integrates the advantages of metal-ceramic restoration and all-ceramic restoration; it can ensure the margin suitability and success rate of restoration, which is benefit to improve the aesthetics and histocempatibility of restoration.
