不同冠边缘形式的非贵金属金瓷冠边缘适合性的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究非贵金属金瓷冠4种不同冠边缘形式的边缘适合性。方法:按照4种不同的冠边缘形式制作4组非贵金属金瓷冠,每组10个样本。应用XTB-B型体式显微镜镜下(40×)对各组样本粘固前后的边缘适合性进行观测分析。结果:粘固前,第三组和第四组样本唇侧边缘适合性较好(P<0.05),第一组和第二组样本舌侧边缘适合性较好(P<0.05)。粘固后,第一组和第四组样本唇侧边缘适合性较好(P<0.05),第一组和第二组样本舌侧边缘适合性较好(P<0.05)。四组样本唇舌侧边缘的适合性在粘固前后均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:粘固前,使用了肩台瓷的金瓷冠的唇侧边缘适合性较好,而粘固后,金属底层冠唇侧延伸至肩台唇侧边缘处的金瓷冠和金属底层冠唇侧止于肩台龈端与轴壁交角处冠方1mm处,颈部采用肩台瓷的金瓷冠唇侧边缘适合性较好;采用常规边缘形式的金瓷冠舌侧边缘适合性在粘固前后均较好。金瓷冠粘固后的边缘浮出量都有明显增加。Objective： To compare the marginal fitness of non-precious metal-ceramic crowns of four different marginal types. Methods： Four groups of non-precious metal-ceramic crowns were fabricated according to four different marginal types, there were ten specimens in each group. Marginal fitness was investigated in microscope （40×） of the XTB-B type before and after cementation. Results： Before cementation, the labial marginal fitness of the Group 3 and Group 4 was better（P〈0.05）, the lingual marginal fitness of the Group 1 and Group 2 was better（P〈0.05）.After cementation, the labial marginal fitness of the Group 1 and Group 4 was better（P〈0.05）, and the lingual marginal fitness of Group 1 and Group 2 was better（P〈0.05）. It was statistically significantly different between the cementation before and after（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Before cementation, marginal fitness of the crown on the labial side with porcelain shoulder was better, while after cementation, that with metal framework extending to the labial margin and to lmm coronal to axiogingival line angle of the porcelain shoulder was better, marginal fitness on the lingual side with common marginal types was good both before and after cementation. Marginal discrepancy of the metal-ceramic crowns obviously increased after cementation.
