摘　　要：目的:介绍杆连接根帽附着体用于下颌覆盖总义齿的制作方法、评价其临床效果。方法:采用Bredent球状附着体系统和铸造连接杆,共完成杆连接根帽附着体下颌覆盖总义齿6例。结果:经1.5-5年的观察,临床效果良好。结论:患者戴用该型义齿后咀嚼功能好,稳固、基牙无病变。Objective： To introduce a method of fabricating mandibular overdenture retained with ball-cap attachments connected by bar and investigate its clinical effects. Methods： The mandibular overdentures were made for 6 patients, using Bredent ball-cap system and casting bars. Result： The mandibular overdentures were proved to be stable with good function in all patients after 1.5 to 5 years follow-up. Conclusion： The mandibular overdenture retained with ball-cap connected by bar is feasible for removable denture.
