摘 要:高速胶印机图文转移及印刷缺陷机理非常复杂。很多学者采用有限元方法分析了图文转移机理及起褶缺陷的成因。非线性振动测试实验研究表明,高速胶印机的非线性振动及印刷滚筒齿轮的传动误差导致了墨杠缺陷。通过印刷实验得到了材料的印刷适性及影响印刷品质量的因素。在对国内外研究现状分析的基础上,指出了胶印机有待解决的5个关键技术问题:非线性振动对印刷过程的影响、图文转移机理、印刷品质量在线检测、材料印刷适性、卷筒纸印刷机的张力控制。The mechanism of transfer text images and printing trouble for high speed offset presses are very complicated. Many scholars analyzed the mechanisms of transfer text images and paper wrinkle with finite element method. It is found that the streak trouble which is caused by nonlinear vibration and transmission tolerance of printing cylinder gears for offset presses through non-contact vibration measurement experiments. Materials' printability and influence factors on print quality were obtained with experimental method. Based on the analysis of the present research state around the world,serval unsolved key technologies for offset presses were pointed out. The focal topics include the influence of non-vibration on print procedure, mechanism of transfer text images, print quality detection online, materials' printability and tension control for web offset presses.
