摘　　要：Web GIS和工作流技术是构建数字城市的主要技术。随着信息化浪潮的不断深入,利用Internet构建各种Web服务成为热门话题。文中首先分析当前“数字武汉”实际需求;其次,认真研究了网络系统的体系结构特点及Web相关技术;然后,给出了基于国产Web GIS软件——MAPGIS-IMS和国外优秀的工作流平台——Domino/Notes的集成设计方案;最后,利用这两个平台使用ASP技术实现了基于Browser/Server架构的“数字武汉”子系统———武汉市城市规划系统。实践证明基于MAPGIS-IMS与Domino/Notes无缝集成方案是构建数字城市的理想方案。Web GIS is the main technology for implementing a digital city. With the continuous pmgre＇ss of information revolution, establishing all kinds of Web services by using Intemet has become the hotspot. This paper analyses the requirements of ＂Digital Wuhan＂ first. Then it studies the system structure of network and the Web techniques. Finally, it has implemented the subsystem of ＂Digital Wuhan＂ -Wuhan city urban planning system based on a domestic Web GIS software （ MAPGIS - IMS） and Domino/Notes. Practice has proved that it is an ideal scheme for implementing the digital city based on the MAPGIS -IMS and Domino/Notes seamless integration scheme.
