摘　　要：目的:观察进胸食管癌手术与非胸科手术术毕返途中SpO_2、HR变化。方法:随机选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级食管癌手术20例(Ⅰ组),全麻非胸科手术20例(Ⅱ组)。观察记录术前、术毕拔管前、吸氧时、术毕拔管前吸空气3min、拔管后3min,途中1min、2min、3min、回病房吸氧前、回病房吸氧3min各时点SpO_2、HR。结果:与术前比较,两组术毕拔管前吸氧时SpO_2升高明显(P<0.01),而在拔管后吸空气3min,途中1min、2min、3min、回病房吸氧前,SpO_2下降明显(P<0.01),Ⅰ组心率途中2～3min明显增快。组间比较途中2min时SpO_2有差异(P<0.05),途中3min时SpO_2差异更明显(P<0.01)。结论:胸科食管癌手术比全麻非胸科手术术毕病人返途中SpO2下降更明显,应加强监测。Objective To investigate and compare SpO2 and HR of patiens with esophagogastrostomy to nonthoracotomy surgery on returning way. Methods 20 cases of exophagogastrostomy （ Ⅰ ）and twenty cases of nonthoracotomy （ Ⅱ ） were randomly divided into two groups,they were ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ and were all induced general anesthesia. SpO2 and HR of these patiens were noted at every moment,such as before operation and before extubation,1 min,2min, 3min on returning way,3min after arived ward.Results There was significant difference between two groups.HR of those patiens clearly increased and SpO2 of them obviously decreased On 2min of returning way in Ⅰ group,（P〈0.05） especially. SpO2 of 3 min on returning way （P〈0.01）.There was signicant difference about SpO2 of two groups before and afterextubation.Conclusion SpO2 of patiens with thoracolomy decreased more obvious than nonthoracotomy and observation should be enhanced.
