十二指肠球部溃疡钡餐检查方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同体位钡餐造影对于十二指肠溃疡的显示率。方法:随机抽查100例上消化道造影有溃疡龛影的患者,通过对这100例溃疡龛影在何种体位显示最明显进行分析,并统计出在各种体位的显示率来评价对球部溃疡的诊断价值。结果:在100例球部溃疡中只能在一个体位显示龛影者93例,在两个体位显示龛影者14例,右前斜位显示60例,左后斜位显示33例,右后斜位显示14例,直立球部加压显示7例。结论:100例球部溃疡当中俯卧右前斜位显示龛影60例,显示率最高,达到60%,但其它体位也有显示,因此我们在检查中必须要多体位观察方可提高其溃疡龛影的显示率。Objective To explore the display rate of barium meal applied on ulceration of duodenum. Methods To randomly select 100 cases, analyze the features and summarize the display rate so as to evaluate its diagnosis value. Results Of 100 cases, there were 93 cases displaying niche shade in one body posture, 14 cases displaying in two body posture, 60 cases displaying in right front posture, 33 cases displaying in left back posture, 14 cases displaying right back posture and 7 cases displaying erectness orb pressure. Conclusion Observation from various body posture cart Jaelp promote the displaying rate of niche shade of ulceration.
