农业剩余劳动力转移的动态因素研究

摘　　要：农业剩余劳动力转移取决于非农产业对劳动力的需求，而其劳动力需求又取决于非农产业的产值增长、劳动生产率、投资增长率。从这三个因素出发，作者构筑了非农产业对农业剩余劳动力吸除的简单数理模型。以中国改革后的现实资料对模型作实证分析。The author holds that agricultural surplus-labour transfer depends on the non-agriculture industry's demand for labour power,while the demand for labour power in turn relys on the growth of output value,labour productivity and the growth rate of investment.Taking the above-mentioned three factors as starting point,the author manages to establish a simple mathematical model which describes non-agriculture industry's absorption of agricultural surplus-labour power,then to give some positive analyses about the model based on the current material ever since China's opening to the world.
