摘 要:目的探讨外源性碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)在骨引导再生(GBR)过程中的作用机制。方法将新西兰大白兔60只随机分为四组,各组均于左右两侧股骨大转子区制备种植窝,左侧采用无机牛骨粉(Bio-oss)加bFGF充填骨缺损,右侧仅用Bio-oss充填;术后1、2、4、8周分别处死各组动物,取种植体周围骨作为样本离心,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测生成骨中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)浓度。结果各组左侧再生骨中的VEGF浓度均高于右侧,P均<0.05。结论bFGF可刺激VEGF的分泌,促进骨缺损修复。[Objective] To explore the effect and mechanism of guided bone regeneration(GBR) induced by exogenetic basic fibroblast factor (bFGF). [Methods] 60 New Zealand rabbits were divided into four groups randomly. Every rabbit was prepared implant bed with standard opening bone defect ,the left thighbone was filled with Bio-oss and bFGF, and the right thighbone was filled with Bio-oss only, then BLB implant were implanted in the bed. In the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th postoperative weeks, laboratory animals were killed and sampled respectively, then hard -tissue section with implant were produced for VEGF detection with ELISA analysis. [Result] Concentration of VEGF in left regeneration bone was higher than that in right regeneration bone(P〈 0.05). [Conclusion] bFGF may promote VEGF secreting and promote the bone regeneration more effectively in guided bone regeneration.
