摘  要:目的初步研究枫香槲寄生挥发性成分的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)指纹图谱。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取枫香槲寄生挥发性成分,用GC-MS法进行指纹图谱分析,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果枫香槲寄生各组分均得到较好分离,共分离出33个成分,鉴定了18个化合物。结论用GC-MS法建立枫香槲寄生挥发性成分的指纹图谱方法可行。Objective To perform the primary research of GC/MS fingerprint of volatile comnonments in Viscum liquidambaricolum Hayata.. Methods The oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical compositions were separated by GC/MS and the chemical compositions' constructures were identified by computer research technology. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Results The most of the chemical compositions in the oils got from Viscum liquidambaricolum Hayata. were separated obviously. There were 33 compositions in the oils and 18 of those constructures were identified. Conclusion It is a available method to establish the fingerprint chromatogram of the essential oils of Viscum liquidambaricolum Hayata.
