摘  要:对经过砂磨的黑槭薄木贴面家具板件的表面粗糙度进行测量后,喷涂2遍水性涂料,测试其漆膜厚度和附着力、耐水性及硬度。结果表明:表面粗糙度(Ra)对漆膜附着力影响显著,对耐水性、硬度的影响不显著。Ra为5.20um时,漆膜剥落率最小,附着力最大,耐水性最好,硬度适中,具有较佳的漆膜质量。Maple veneer overlaid furniture panels were first tested for surface roughness and then they were sprayed twice with a water-borne coating. Then the relation between surface roughness of the furniture panels and quality of the coating films was analyzed by measuring the cured coating for the indexes of thickness, adhesion, water resistance and hardness. The results indicated that surface roughness (Ra) had a dramatic influence on the coating adhesion, while it had little affect on the water resistance and hardness. When Ra was 5.20 urn, the coating film had lowest peel value, moderate harness,but highest adhesion strength and best water resistance.
