摘　　要：国际互联网的应用,对社会生活的影响是广泛而深刻的,随着网络的普及,网络伦理问题相伴而生;网络伦理问题的产生有技术根源、社会根源和个人修养等多方面因素;化解网络伦理冲突、解决网络伦理问题相应的有技术途径、法律途径、道德教育等多维路径。The influence of internet application to the soeial life is widespread and profound, along w;th the network popularization, network ethical problems are born; Origins of the network ethical problems involve technology, soeiety, individual tutelage and many other factors; to solve the conflicts and problems, there are multidimensional ways, such as, the technical way, the legal way, the moral education, and so on.
