摘 要:目的了解浙江省玉环县海岛居民胃癌的主要危险因素。方法对115例胃癌患者进行1∶2配对病例对照研究,并用条件Log istic回归模型对所获资料进行单因素和多因素分析。结果多因素条件Log istic回归分析提示:父母恶性肿瘤史、慢性胃炎史、经常为家事担忧可能是胃癌发生的危险因素;食用番薯、年糕、平时吃饭定时、喝菜汤和进食偏软及吃鱼喜欢煮的烹饪方式(以红烧为参照)可能是胃癌发生的保护因素。结论为因地制宜地开展针对玉环县海岛居民胃癌的病因预防及筛检胃癌的高危人群提供了线索。Objective To investigate the risk or preventive factors of gastric cancer for Yuhuan island inhabitants. Methods A matched case-control study was carried out in 115 cases of gastric cancer from 2004 to 2005. The control group included 230 healthy individuals that should be matched by 1 : 2. Statistical methods were used such as one-way conditional (1 : 2) Logistic regression and multi-way conditional (1 : 2) Logistic regression to do statistical analysis. Results The multiway statistical results showed that parents' malignant tumor history, chronic gastritis history, worrying for housewifery frequently might be the risk factors of gastric cancer. Eating sweet potato ,eating rice cake ,dining regularly ,drinking vegetable soup, eating soft food and eating boiled fish might be preventive factors. Conclusion This study could provide clues for launching origin prevention and screening of gastric cancer for high-risk group which suit measures to local conditions.
