低氧诱导因子-1α与P-糖蛋白在原发性肝癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测低氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）和P-糖蛋白（P-gp）在原发性肝细胞癌中的表达,及其与临床病理因素及相互关系。方法用免疫组化法检测43例原发性肝细胞癌中HIF-1α和P-gp的表达情况,并分析HIF-1α和P-gp与肝癌临床病理因素的关系。结果在43例肝癌标本中,HIF-1α和P-gp蛋白阳性表达分别为：60.5%（26/43）、48.8%（21/43）。HIF-1α蛋白表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、有无门静脉、胆道癌栓有关;P-gp蛋白表达与肿瘤的大小、有无门静脉、胆道癌栓有关。HIF-1α、P-gp蛋白阳性表达呈正相关性。结论原发性肝癌组织存在着HIF-1α、P-gp蛋白的过表达,HIF-1α过表达对肝癌的多药耐药性的产生起着重要的作用。Objectives To study the expression of HIF-1α, P-gp in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and its clinical significance. Methods HIF-1α,P-gp proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry technique with SABC in 43 cases of HCC. Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1α and P-gp protein in HCC tissues were 60. 5% （26/432） and 48. 8% （21/43）, respectively. The expression of HIF-1α was related to the size of the tumor, differentiation degree of HCC and tumor thrombi, and P-gp was related to the tumor size and tumor thrombi. There was positive correlation both between H1F-1α and P-gp. Conclusion HIF-1αand P-gp were highly expressed in HCC, and HIF-1α play an important role in the multi-drug resistance of HCC.
