103例中老年磨牙隐裂的治疗及分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中老年磨牙隐裂的治疗效果。方法:对103例中老年隐裂磨牙进行洁治、刮治,钢丝结扎固定,调,无牙髓病变的充填治疗,有牙髓病变的根管治疗后,光固化树脂充填,所有患牙均以全冠修复。结果:经3个月～4a随访,成功92例(89.32%),好转6例(5.83%),失败5例(4.85%),总有效率95.15%。结论:对中老年磨牙隐裂尽早发现确诊,及时妥善地治疗,可以取得满意的疗效。Objective to discuss the effect of treatment on Molar cracked teeth of the middle-aged and the elderly. Methods in the 103 cases of the middle-age＇s and the elderly Molar cracked teeth treatments, we fill the teeth that have not pulp pathological changes, do root filling and light-cured resin filling to those that have pulp pathological changes, to ensure all ill teeth cured by full crowns, after cleaning and scaling the teeth, fixing the molar with steel wires and adjusting occlusion. Resuits Randomly weve visited those patients within 3～4 years and found that there are 92 cases succeed （89, 32% ）, 6 better （5.83%） and 5 failed （4.85%）, with the efficiency 95.15%, Conclusion the treatment result will be satisfied if the molar cracked teeth problem of the middle-aged and the elderly can be discovered early and received appropriate treatment.
