摘　　要：起源于中世纪的高等教育一开始就是培养牧师、律师、医师的职业训练。人力资本理论允许“文化利益”与高等教育紧密相连,注重可统计的社会和私人的经济利益,引起高等教育使命的转移。市场的强力介入,使大学成为提供多种商品的超市,把越来越多的时间和精力用于市场化计划和理想,诸多“大学”沦为“职业养成所”。但教育市场必须维持顾客认为必要的和有价值的东西。At the very start of middle ages, higher education is for the learned professions for priest, sohcltor and physician. Culture profit and higher education allow to combine in the human capital theory, the human capital theory pays attention to economic profit, and it results in transfer of the direction of higher education. Because of market economy the university becomes supermarket and spends much more time and energy on marketing planning and ideal, therefore, many universities became vocational schools. However, there must be necessary and valuable things for client in educational market.
