摘　　要：当今E-learning已成为现代教育的重要发展方向。文章提出了基于.NET的“网上自主学习平台管理系统”的设计思路,介绍了一个基于Microsoft.NET的网上考试系统的设计与实现。整个系统包括考生使用的前台考试系统和教师使用的后台管理系统。并且在成绩查询部分,使用Web服务技术做了尝试性的工作,目的是使得校园内其它部门能够在不同的平台、不同的操作系统或不同语言编写的应用程序中,对考试系统的成绩实施其自己的调用操作。该系统已经投入使用并运行良好。E-learning promises to provide solutions towards the grand vision of contemporary education nowadays. The design and implementation of an examine system based on Microsoft. NET and web services is analyzed. The system includes the management subsystem that the teachers use and the examination subsystem that the examinees use. And in the part of score search, the author uses web service technology make tentative work, the purpose is to make the applications of other departments in the campus made in different platforms, different operating systems or different computer languages can use the scores of the examination system. This system has already come into operation and run well.
