养阴通络法结合阿片类镇痛药治疗癌性疼痛43例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养阴通络法结合阿片类镇痛药治疗癌性疼痛的疗效。方法全部患者均辨证为阴虚络阻型,其中43例使用养阴通络法结合阿片类镇痛药,41例使用阿片类镇痛药,连续治疗21天为1个疗程。结果治疗组疼痛缓解度、镇痛疗效、每天疼痛次数与每次持续时间、镇痛起效时间、生活质量等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养阴通络法对阿片类镇痛药治疗癌性疼痛有较好的增效作用,且可改善患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nourishing yin and freeing the network vessels combined with opioid analgesics for carcinomatous pain. Methods All patients were identified as yin deficiency and network vessels obstruction pattern, and 43 cases were treated by nourishing yin and freeing the network vessels combined with opioid analgesics, 41 by opioid analgesics merely. The duration of one treatment was 21 days. Results The treatment group was superior to control group in degree of pain relief,analgesic effect,frequency and duration of pain,time to prove effective and quality of life（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nourishing yin and freeing the network vessels can give synergistic effect to opioid analgesics for carcinomatous pain as well as improving quality of life.
