摘 要:基于液体火箭发动机故障诊断方法实时验证的需求,考虑目前微处理器的技术水平,通过对发动机全阶非线性动态数学模型合理的折衷处理,建立了发动机降阶非线性模型,发展了基于该模型的实时故障仿真计算方法及仿真软件系统。仿真计算结果和实践表明,该模型在精确性、实时性等方面可以满足实时性验证的要求;实现的仿真软件系统具有良好的汉化人机交互界面,可操作性好,移植、维护、升级方便。Taking account of the current microprocessor technology, by simplifying and treatingproPely the full-order nonlinear dynamic mathematical medels of Liquid Rocket Engine (LRE), thereduced-order n0nlinear models are set up in this paper so as to be used in the real-time faultsimulation for the real-time validation system of fault detection and diagnosis metheds for LRE.Meanwhile, the software system of the real-time fault simulation for LRE is also developed andimplemented. The simulation results show that the reduced-order medels developed are reasonable tomeet the requirements such as the accuracy, the real-time executing capacity etc. with regard to thereal-time simulation. The experience from operating the software with good man-machine interactiveinteriace in Chinese shows that the software is convenient for the operation, the transplantation, andthe maintenance.
