摘  要:在616酚醛树脂基础上,研究了碳布增强邻苯基苯酚改性酚醛材料的成碳、力学及烧蚀性能,并对基体进行了添加填料改性,碳布织物进行单层针刺改进.结果表明,改性酚醛树脂材料的力学性能与钡酚醛材料相当,烧蚀性能提高,碳粉加入后,抗烧蚀性能进一步提高,针刺结构能提高材料综合力学性能,材料烧蚀过程中分层现象减少。The carbonised ratio, mechanical and ablation properties of Carbon-cloth reinforced o-phenyl phenol modified phenolic resin material based on 616 phenolic resin is investigated. The matrix material is improved by adding filler and carbon-cloth by carbon needle pricking. The results show that the mechanical property of the modified phenolic resin matertal is similar to that of barium phenolic resin and its ablative property is raised. After adding carbon powder, its ablative property is better. Carbon needle pricking structure makes the comprehensive mechanical property of matertal increasing and delamination reducing during ablation.
