摘  要:选取萨福克羊与小尾寒羊杂交一代健康断奶羔羊60只,随机分为:低蛋白日粮加酶组、低蛋白日粮组、低能量日粮加酶组、低能量日粮组和对照组,共5组,研究纤维素酶制剂对羔羊生长发育的影响。结果表明:外源纤维素酶制剂可以促进羔羊的日增重,但增重效果受不同生长阶段、性别和日粮营养水平的影响。羔羊生长发育前期较快,后期渐缓。在试验的第2阶段(即140~160日龄)羔羊日增重最高,达到173.96g,与各阶段的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。而酶制剂对于不同生长阶段的羔羊的互作效应显著(P=0.04);日粮能量水平显著地影响外源纤维素酶制剂的作用,而蛋白质水平的降低,对酶发挥作用的影响较小。Sixty selected crossbreds of Suffolk and Small- tail Han Sheep,divided into 5 groups, were used to test the effects of complex enzymes on lamb fattening performance, The four treatments were lower protein with enzymes, lower protein,lower energy with enzymes, lower energy and control. The results showed that the daily gain could be increased significantly by fibrolitic enzymes, but influenced by the different growth stage, sex and ration levels. The lamb grew fast at the early stage, slow at the late stage. The daily gain reached maximum of 173.96 g at the second stage and differed significantly from other stages (P〈0.01). The effect of fibrolitic enzymes on the interaction between growth stages was significant (P= 0.04). The effect of complex enzymes was affected significantly by the level of energy in ration, and little influenced by low protein level.
