摘　　要：目的探讨护士参加科主任查房对护士综合素质及护理质量提高的影响。方法各级护理人员定期参加科主任查房,接受科主任对护理工作的指导。结果提高了护士的综合素质及科室的护理质量。结论护士参加科主任查房,有助于其掌握疾病情况,学习医学前沿知识,加强医生、护士、病人之间的沟通与协作,提高护理人员的专业技术水平及综合素质,促进护理教学、科研工作的全面开展,提高科室的整体护理水平。Objective To explore the effect of attending ward round directed by chief physician on nurses＇ diathesis and quality of nursing. Method All the nursing staff in different levels attended the ward rounds directed by chief physician periodically,and accepted his instructions and advices on nursing works. Result This practice improved nurses＇ diathesis,as well as quality of nursing. Conclusion Attending ward rounds directed by chief physician is helpful for nurses to understand patients＇ disease, learn advanced knowledge, facilitate nurse - doctor - patient communication and cooperation, improve professional techniques and comprehensive diathesis,promote nursing teaching and research,and improve the whole quality of nursing.
