与月经周期有关的女性口腔扁平苔藓患者血清孕酮含量变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：应用放射免疫方法检测20例与月经周期有关的女性口腔扁平苔藓黄体中期血清孕酮含量，并与20名正常女性对照。结果显示，患病组的检测值低于正常组．差别具有显著性（P＜0．05）。通过孕酮补充治疗，患者口腔损害缓解，表明本组患者的发病与血清孕酮水平低下有关。The radioimmunoassay was used for measurement of serum progesterone in mid luteal phase in 20 Patients with oral lichen planus which attacked before the menstrual cycle. The result showed that the average concentration of progesterone in serum from Patients were significantly decreased compared with those of the normal control(p<0. 05). Furthermore.all of the patinets were satisfied with an oral Progesterone therapy in the latter stage of the menstrul cycle. It is indicated that the pathogenesis of the present studied patients is related to the lower progesterone level in serum.
