马铃薯新品种陇薯6号的选育

摘　　要：陇薯6号是从武薯85—6—14×陇薯4号的杂交后代中选育而成。晚熟，生育期115d（天）左右，薯块休眠期中长。薯块扁圆形，芽眼较浅，皮淡黄色，肉白色，表皮光滑，商品薯率90％～95％。淀粉含量20．05％，VC155．3mg·kg^-1，粗蛋白2．04％，还原糖0．22％。每667m^2产量2000kg左右，高产可达3000kg以上，不仅适宜甘肃省高寒阴湿、二阴及半干旱地区种植，还适宜宁夏、青海、河北、内蒙古等北方一季作区种植。Longshu No. 6 is a new potato variety developed by crossing female parent Wushu 85 - 6 - 14 with male parent Longshu No. 4. It is late maturity and takes about 115 days from sowing to harvest. Its dormant period is medium long. The tuber is oblate shaped with light yellow skin, white flesh, shallow eyes, and smooth surface. The rate of marketable tuber is 90 % -95 %. The average content of starch is 20.05 % ,VC is 155.3 mg · kg^-1 ,crude protein is 2.04 % ,reducing sugar is 0.22 %. It yields 30 t · hm^-2 ,and has high yield of 45 t· hm^-2. It is not only suitable to the region of hilly and humid, half shaded land and semi-arid area of Gansu province, but also suitable to the one-season cultivation area in the north of China, such as Ningxia, Qinghai, Hebei, Inner Mongolia etc.
