酒依赖患者血液流变学及血脂变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨酒依赖患者血液流变学及血脂变化,防止并发症的发生。方法:收集戒酒的住院患者80例与80例不饮酒的健康人作对照,对两者分别进行血液流变学及血脂的检测。并对两者的结果进行比较。结果:酒依赖患者全血低切黏度显著增高(P<0.01);血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指标显著高于正常人(P<0.05);红细胞变形指数、刚性指数减小(P<0.05);胆固醇(CH)和甘油三脂(TG)显著高于正常人(P<0.05)。结论:酒依赖患者血液流变学及血脂异常,血液呈现高粘滞现象。Objective ：To study the changes of the hemorrheology characteristics and blood - lipid in the wine - dependent pa- tients and prevent complication. Methods：80 inpatients with stopping drinking were selected, 80 normal persons were also selected as control. Their hemorrheology characteristics and blood -lipid were measured. Results： Patients＇low shear one in whole blood viscosity was obviously higher （P 〈 0.01 ） ; plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and red blood cell （RBC） conglomeration index were strikingly higher than those of normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, RBC stiffness index and RBC distortion index were lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The level of CH and TG in plasma was higher than that of normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The hemorrheology characteristics and blood -lipid was abnormal in the wine- dependent patients. There were blood hypervis -semia biology index.
