摘　　要：基于网络平台的院级科研管理信息系统,主要任务是针对科研项目与科研成果等信息进行高效率的网络传输、处理与输出,其中包括科研信息发布、科研项目与科研成果的管理、实验室建设等主要内容。科研项目管理是整个科研管理软件的重要组成部分,其主要功能是实现在网络上对科研项目进行高效率处理,并与科研仪器管理、科研信息管理和学生工作管理共同构成了科研管理软件的有机整体。本论文运用数据库技术和网络技术,开发基于数字化校园的高校科研管理信息系统,对实现首都医科大学科研信息管理的现代化,提高科研管理水平,科技创新服务有重要意义。This paper mainly describes the design and implementation of a university scientific research management information system （SRMIS） based on campus network . It also introduces the aims, tasks and principles of the system with the systematic investigation and analysis. This system contains the release of the scientific research information, the management of programs and lab construction . The scientific research item management is an important part of SRMIS,that manage the scientific research items efficiently and makes the SRMIS a whole with the management of research equipment, SRMIS research information and students. By adopting the database and web technology, this paper explores a SRMIS based on digital campus, which is very important to realize the modernization of scientific research management ,to improve the levels of scientific research management and service.
