摘　　要：在综述新资本结构理论的基础上,对每种理论的代表性模型做了介绍,并探讨了未来资本结构理论的发展方向。Based on summarizing the new capital structure theories, this paper introduces the typical model of each theory, and probes into the developing direction of the future capital structure theory.
