自制根管暂封剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自制根管暂封剂用于慢性根尖周炎根管内封药的临床疗效。方法:选取207例慢性根尖周炎病例,随机分为治疗组(自制根管暂封剂组)104例和对照组(甲醛甲酚组)103例,观察封药1周后的临床疗效。结果:1周后两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组显效率(88.46%),对照组显效率(65.05%)。结论:自制根管暂封剂用作根管内封药治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效优于甲醛甲酚。Objective Oberserve the therapeutic effect of self-made temporary blocking agent for chronical periapical periodontitis. Methods Select 207 chronical periapical periodontitis cases, separate them randomly into treatment group （ using self-made temporary blocking agent） with 104 cases and control group （using formocresol） with 103 cases,and observe the therapeutic effect of blocking agent for a week. Results A week later there are great differences between the two group （P 〈0. 05） ,treatment group obvious effect （88.46%）,control group obvious effect （65, 05% ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of the self-made temporary blocking agent for chronical periapical periodontitis is superior to formocresol effect.
