老年人急性白血病45例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年急性白血病的临床特点。方法分析45例老年急性白血病患者的临床资料,包括临床特征、骨髓象、染色体、免疫分型、基础疾病及化疗的缓解率。结果老年急性白血病基础疾病发病率高达73.33%,染色体异常占35.56%,完全缓解率低,仅35.71%。结论老年急性白血病细胞遗传学异常、生理功能减退及合并基础疾病是缓解率低的主要原因,需进一步寻找更有效的治疗策略。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with acute leukemia（AL） in order to treat efficiently. Methods The clinical data of 45 elderly patients with AL during January 2001 to December 2005 were reviewed including clinical characteristics, BM appearance, chromosome, immunophenotype, underlying diseases and complete remission （CR） rate of chemotherapy. Results 73.33% of the patients had underlying diseases,and 35.56% had karyotypic abnormalities. The CR rate of chemotherapy was 35.7%. Conclusion The prevalence of underlying diseases and karyotypic abnormalities in elderly patients might be responsible for the lower CR rate, calling to study more efficiently therapy strategies.
